| If you want to learn technical writing, speeches, presentations, this is the only book you will need. I still use it as a reference to check my work. |

| This book is great at being geared towards the new principles of leadership communication, in this Information Age. The author does a great job of incorporating how emails, text messages, virtual forms of communication, etc. . . are now entwined with the professional world. This book is an easy read, and a good place to start for any student or professional looking for skills and principles to communicate in today's educational and professional environments. Whether a Freshman or Graduate student, or a C.E.O. or entry-level worker, this book will improve anyone's communication skills and understanding of today's communication needs. |

I ordered this book for a class when the college bookstore did not have it in stock. The class was condensed into one month, so every day counted. I ordered it overnight from Amazon, paid for and got confirmation for an overnight delivery.
The next morning, I received an email from Amazon saying they could not make the overnight delivery, and would refund the shipping costs. About an hour later, I received a confirmation email that the book would arrive by messenger service that evening! It did and I got a jump on the class.
Thanks amazon for great service. |

I got this book for class.. It arrived and almost looked brand new. My only complaint was that it took almost 2 wks to arrive. But I'm not sure if it's the sellers fault or not.
