Product Description |
The gold standard text in gynecology is in its Fourteenth Edition, thoroughly revised and updated and now in full color throughout. Organized into eight sections, this comprehensive and general gynecological textbook provides guidance for the management of specific gynecological conditions. The first two sections cover principles of practice and initial assessment and the relevant basic science. The third section is on preventive and primary care for women, and the remaining five sections are directed at methods of diagnosis and management in general gynecology, operative general gynecology, urogynecology and pelvic reconstructive surgery, reproductive endocrinology, and gynecologic oncology.

Good Rerenrence book

| The quality of Novak's Gynecology has been steadily improving. It is one of the best reference books for gynecologists. The lead position of Comprehensive Gynecology is definitely challenged by Novak's. For the next edition, I hope the publisher could change the design of the contents. The book is too heavy and a lot of empty space could be saved. |

| Having used the "old" Novak while securing my education, I was pleased to recieve my newly published edition. The text and pictures are timely and helpful. I keep it in my office for reference. The family practice residents have the privilege of using our book to supplement their knowledge as well. Meg Stoyle-Corby, CNM, MSN |

| I first read the book when I was four. I am now, at the age of ninteen, a fully qualified obstrician/gynecologist, all because of this book. I have now, of course, read this several times, but it is still like reading it for the first time. As the title implies, my father is David Olive, the editor of this book. I fully recommend this book to anyone who is remotely interested in a profession as a gynecologist. |
